The pool could have been heated since it was ice cold!!! The decor needs a serious update and additional seating is necessary for larger groups. The view from the 'ocean view' room was disappointing due to noise from the surrounding area!!!

This place suits me perfectly! I love the free wi-fi, the infinity pool, and the laundry facilities. On my first stay, the staff even brought me a hot drink in the cold! Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway.

My kids wished there were more outdoor play options for when they got restless. A playground nearby would be great for families.

It was just a good match for a brief visit in Paihia with good value. The washer in the room was handy, but drying clothes was a hassle. Make sure to double-check for your belongings before leaving.

Our family faced some challenges during our stay. The noise at night was unbearable, as it went on until 2 AM. Additionally, we didn't receive fresh towels, which made things quite uncomfortable for our group. The rollaway bed we requested wasn't provided because the room was deemed too small, which felt frustrating, especially since we were in a one-bedroom apartment.

Consider requesting an early check-in upon arrival if you're traveling with children. it really helped us settle in quickly.

I had a wonderful stay at Edgewater Palms Apartments! The two-bedroom apartment I stayed in was spacious with amazing ocean views. It was just a short walk to the beach and the local shops. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

Waking up to stunning ocean views each morning was pure magic. The spacious two-bedroom apartment felt like home, and the beach was just steps away.

However, the noise from upstairs guests was a bit distracting at times, making it hard for us to fully relax with our kids.

excellent central spot for exploring paihia's landmarks and parks

I loved the stunning waterfront view from my one-bedroom apartment. The easy stroll to both Paihia Beach and the wharf made my weekend explorations so much fun. the apartment layout was a bit cramped in the lounge area, but it was still a comfortable stay overall.

i loved staying at edgewater palms! the location was excellent—just a short walk to the town center. the waterfront view from our one-bedroom apartment was stunning. and the shower had great water pressure. plenty of towels and a well-stocked kitchen made our stay comfortable. the pool area was lovely too.
